Coming Over – the great migration of the 1630’s.
Ed Bazinet, Chairman of the Dudley Historical Commission, will present a historical perspective on the first major migration of English settlers to New England. Weaving his genealogical research into this exciting period in the development of the Massachusetts Bay Colony, he will talk about the lives of various early settlers and bring the history to life. His goal is to stimulate interest in this important development of the early colony and will suggest resources for genealogists to explore their potential links to this period.
